Evaluate the opportunity, potential and develop business plan for a new DNVB (digitally native vertical brand)

Actions

This global company is well established in the regular distribution circuits for luxury beauty. The board and management’s vision was to drive socially responsible growth, giving back to the communities in which it operates. Part of this is via new DNVB brands, allowing for i) new circuits of distribution as well as ii) products that represent a purchase with more purpose for their end consumers.

 Pivot collaborated with top management and operational teams to evaluate the market, size the opportunity (EUR, USA, LATAM), build the P&L, hone the offering, focusing on consumer demand, and the weak signals and trends driving the demand.

Outcomes

Greenlighted. Launching end 2021
